In a moment you see the animation open. I have designed it so that you can reduce your stress and any anxiety you may have. You will find your inner balance will be renewed.  Focus on your natural breath,don't force it, let yourself dwell in the pause between the inward and outward breath. Focus on the colours. Let your eyes follow the patterns. Listen to the music, listen to the pause in the music,let all of your senses be immersed and slow down.
