One person's success is another's failure, one person's failure is another person's success. Success and failure are changeable and defined by not so much what you want, but, by what you don't want and often largely what you are unaware or unconscious of. In order to succeed or to manage failure you must first learn what it is was or is that you were not aware of.
Success is an opinion as well as a fact. So is failure. Often in life we need both in order to understand what is important. If you you chase success just for itself you will catch it but you will lose it it too. Success wants to be understood and shared. People who truly succeed share it. The other important thing about success is that once you have it, you soon realise that you don't own it, Your success will inevitably involve or attract other people- failure unfortunately can do the complete opposite.
