run in thunder’s strike,its rush and rumble

of pollution and global warming

of increased costs of living,

they may not be aware

that all of these things

that serve to cause

the pattern of society to fray,

are made by the fact

that there are too many people.

Each of us causes

a friction between

the other ,

this is a natural process

our negativites

and challenges create negative discharge.

There are too many of us to continue

on in the way that we have been.

In order to change things

each of us

needs to

find the still point

within ,

each of us, in order

to save the planet

 needs to save ourselves.

We create the pollution

whether it be by consumption of resources

or by the creation of negative actions and thoughts,

each of us

are creators and destroyers,

but to live in balance within each other

and the Earth

we need to find

point

within ourselves

the

point

that is

the life point

where change and healing

originate from and return to

the still point

is the cradle of

the human psyche

release it

breathe it in

and know

that your brain takes ten seconds

before it makes a decision

so take the moment

release it

know that the moment

was ten seconds

ago

ten seconds full of thousands of millions

of thoughts

that shatter the illusion

of the moment

ten seconds

ten seconds

and what they thought

to be secure and lasting,

all the world

is trapped

in the forgetfulness

that all things of the daily world

change and are fleeting

what you earn and what you have

are not the same

what you feel and what you do

often go in opposite directions

what you say and what you think

are often in conflict

what is within you that is the same in the outer world?

where in you is the marriage of the inner and the outer?

Even your reputation, and all that you have made

is forgotten by your daily mind when you die

consider your life as a field of many flowers

all blooming in differing seasons

grow from the same earth

your life is a bllooming field

a field of the mind

growth is constant if unseen

while all other things

fade

is the nature

of life

experience

that is hidden

in all things

be discovered

offering words

of love

and hope

of illumination

one eternal season

and that the stages

of humanity

are the spring,

summer,

autumn and winter

the day and night

the first kiss of life

the first kiss of death

the query, question

and surprise that makes you wonder

what the promise itself may be..

we are all like incense on the wind

we live as both fragrance, ash

fire, dust, intent ,

for a time we burn

and are gone

there is a promise

it waits in the hearts

of everyone

a true romance

of a soul’s meander through

the psyche

and the pyche’s leap

to consciousness

we should take the time

to bow to the humble

and the small

for in such things and people

the promise speaks

the most

if you search for god

or happiness

wealth or a brand new car

a golden lover or bright new dream

pause and stop

to know that

there is a promise

dwelling in between

the rush and rapture

of what you call your life

in tears and laughter

a quiet voice, it speaks

waiting for you to hear

you can hear the choirs of ancient voices

that once sung

of praise and beauty

to the simplicity of all things

part of the old starlight

an impulse to voice

in the endless riddles

consciousness

a long and sonorous song

on the arc of light

and space

in the quantity of degrees

the equinox of beauty

a pulse, a wave,

a sudden flicker

a quake, a drum beat

of love,

the eternal fragrance

of becoming, being,

beginnings and endings

the singer that lives within the song

that most people can not

comprehend

the past was the future once

when dreaming would never end

the past can offer up great lessons

but only to those who see and know

and then have the courage to understand

the future does not come at all

but eventuates as a bend

a curve of perception

and neural light

for our brains

are caught in the

great gap of processing

and what we think

of now and the future

has already gone

it is the past

but camouflaged

as future and as now

what is the future?

it is the impulse of a dream

mixed with hope and inspiration

it is a means by which we can live

in accordance with our highest aims

whatever they may be

the ‘future’

is the soul’s training ground

the ‘now’

a testing point for the psyche

in all its battered forms

so we only have the past

to remind us of what was and why it was

and we can be reborn in the psyche

and regenerate in the soul

for the psyche is now

the soul is future

the soul is made

from the psyche’s lessons

and the body’s long and patient wisdom

daily, momentary and eternal

is the mystery

that we must all

learn to comprenhend

and by that

give birth

all of us,

to a new world

there is no shadow

for the shadow is encouraged

to open its essence to the Light

in the hardness of cruelty

there lies a fracture of love

that will blow it all apart

in the clamour of violence

there is the subversive wish for gentleness

in the destruction of human liberty

is the voice of freedom

In the Light

for the shadow is made

Sacred

soft and sudden

in its awakening

in the darkest place light dwells

waiting to be seen

over over old events of the past?

Does sorrow live for ever?

Only grief would have you believe that

There comes a time when grief will pass away

and sorrow will no longer haunt the mind

or the actions of daily life

Why let new tears fall onto the ground?

Look up into the everness of the heart

look down, to the sides of your being

everywhere is the heart

The heart calls all those who wish for life

to come and bathe in the

light of wisdom and humour

why let old tears fall to the ground?

when all things pass away

and mankind is no more

when even the memory of starlight

loses its traces in the depths of space

the heart of all things

will still

beat

life’s rythymn

and sing

like a mother to a child

why let new tears drop to the ground?

each one, single, ample

pristine and full of life

holding history and potential

let your tears be ones of joy

joy for the sanctity of your being

and the beauty
