A Christopher Hansard:[Mindfulness is not a state of mind, its a state of Being]

Mindfulness is not a state of mind, its a state of Being,

and it comes when we in our most deepest parts of our Selves

allow our connection to the divine to surrender so the we comprehend

the fusion of the divine in everything,

and of how the material beckons the divine, calling it to inhabit the material form,

So in the surrender, in the comprehension arises the mindfulness spontaneously from the fusion of divine and material through the fabric of your Being.

Each strand a thread of divine impulse and material longing. Each seeking to be woven by the weaver.
