Christopher Hansard:[Are You Happy?]
Are you happy?
Can you ask yourself and find an answer?
There is no quick answer, only a slow one that evolves as you experience your evolution through the challenges of life .
Happiness comes and goes, but its sweetness is a reminder, that beneath the delights of happiness exists a greater joy and contentment that shows us all, the ‘being’ , within the human..
Happiness improves our health and conscious, but the media has hijacked it, turning it into something ‘aspirational’ like a fashion item or latest gizmo, happiness is for us to see beyond ourselves and to be thankful for the life we can make from the life we have.
Happiness is also a choice, both a belief, as an act of faith and a psychological state that shifts our consciousness.
How do we find happiness?
We need to look within for that is where its foundation lies,
and without, not in things, but in our relationships to people,
the natural world and the place we stand in,
as we express who we think we are.
Happiness is trust, a trust in the goodness of life, people and ones Self.
If you can not trust in these, then happiness takes time to emerge into your daily activities and thinking.
Happiness is waiting for you to claim it as your own.

A Christopher Hansard: [Senses:Each sense is a path to the utmost within you]
Do you know what your senses are for, other than what you do with them?
Your five ordinary senses can enable you to go beyond what is commonly regarded to be ordinary.
All and each of your senses have extra dimensions contained within them and they can connect you to sensory aspects of your conciousness that lead you to profound transformation.
Each sense is a path to awareness, not through indulging in sensory experience but by understanding the lessons that the senses offer you.
Your sensibility and awareness come from how your senses process the deeper aspects of the life force that is created with the natural forces of the planet.
Each sense is an offering and a path way, if you stop to connect with their deepest meanings by going beyond their normally prescribed functions, then you will discover all that you need from life is found within you, that you are the path, the teaching, the temple and deity in which you search for.
Each sense is a path to the utmost within you.

Christopher Hansard:[Confusion]
Confusion lies in wait all around us, we have a tendancy to identify with confusion and become taken up in its manic rush. Confusion is portrayed in the media as the stuff of the world yet confusion is the heat made by anxiety, the friction of the everyday mind searching to make sense of things. Every human being from newborns to those leaving on the wings of their last breath, confusion attracts us , enticing us to be caught up in the cycles of suffering that influence all humanity. Meditation Is Not Something You Can Do
Lets look at meditation, it is something that you cannot do. Meditation is…it is within you, waiting to be revealed. The practice you do to reveal meditation is not to be confused with what arises from it. The simple meditation below will help you to become still naturally where meditation will spontaneously arise of its own volition.
Close your eyes. Sit any way you want but make yourself comfortable. With your mind concentrate upon your physical heartbeat. Feel each beat, concentrate upon it as completely as you can. [Read more →]

The Foolish and Wise Parts of Yourself
How do we get to know ourselves, to understand the dialogues within our everyday minds that can reveal the answers to our deepest questions? We can start by prayer and listening to the dialogue that is constantly going on between our eternal essence and the everyday mind.
Praying for the inner things, for happiness, calm, healing, balance, spiritual growth is the first step. Praying for a lover or partner, for a better job, for more money, a better place to live, praying for material benefits is ok, but be aware that when you pray for these things they can often happen quickly and not always in the way you expect them to. The Art of Prayer and Meditation
Life is something each of us is in search of, we try to experience it, understand it, sometimes we try to win and sometimes we lose, life is neither direct nor often easy until we begin to understand what life is for us personally.
Your life is waiting to be understood, and to be lived. In your search for life have you ever stopped to pray or mediate, to try and make sense of everything? Maybe you have done this without really realising it? Maybe you were desperate, unhappy, drunk or alone. Whatever you feel, wherever you are, whatever you are doing or what is been done to you, prayer is already there within you, communicating in a way that you will eventually understand. [Read more →]

The Very First Time
Life is like a love affair; it has its ups and downs, uncertainties and promises, all pointing to a union and a path of beauty and harmony.
But love affairs come and go, like high notes in a popular song, are quick and forgotten with only a fragment remembered of the refrain or the introduction.
Love affairs like life, end the way they began. [Read more →]
