Daily Meditation to Calm and Balance
Each day we wake from sleep not truly knowing what the day may bring, even though we have plans, routines and ambitions. We all seek security of being, but we can not be sure of what the day may bring.
In a world of change, people seek to have some things that remain constant. Change is a natural process, and to understand the relationship between the natural human need for constantcy and the natural process of change, we can look to our heart beat. It is constant, but changes.
It responds to the most primal physiological part of our metabolism and yet it connects us to emotional and even spiritual awareness. Our hearts as physical organs have been attributed the power of soul, spirit and awareness, look at every culture, all human experience and emotional identity connects to the heart. So, in the morning take time to feel your heart beat, connect by concentrating on it.Slow down with your heartbeat.
The more you focus on it, the slower it becomes. So as you slow down, your inner consciousness expands. Thus you can start to feel the you within, that is free of change or constantcy. All human beings are metaphysical experiences wound around a consciousness that can be both material and non-material at the same time. Focusing on the heart, enables you to divest yourself of stress and anxiety, and refreshes you.
Start at ten minutes in the morning and ten minutes at night before you sleep.Do this everyday until you are skilled and then slowly expand to twenty minutes. After a while, any problems, issues or concerns you can focus on your heart beat, allowing them to dissolve. The heart and the heartbeat are great transformers and can take all that concerns you and will show you the answer and the peace that lies at the essence of your concerns.
You have the answers to your concerns within you right now, by using this simple heart meditation you will find the questions, knowing how to ask yourself the correct way in order to release the answer and solution. We often have the answers long before we know how to frame the question. Look to your heart and you will gain the great and wonderful vision of who you truly are.
