Friendship: What is a Friend?

A friend is one who allows you to reveal your true self-portrait without adornment or bluff.

A friend is one who allows you to be who you think you may be without judgement and loves you for who you truly are.

A friend is one who offers wisdom, truth and insight because they too can be as you can be in their company.

A friend is not an acquaintance brought together for a mutual need or circumstance, but a fusing of worlds and minds, like a water colour paint on a clear new canvas, both need the other but are complete in themselves.

This is a friend, one who is, when you can not be…

What is a friend? A soul who understands your journey in the material world and will journey with you as you with your friend until understanding parts your company leaving you all the more complete.

A friend transcends death, shows the compass point in your spirit, and reminds you without words, the way that leads you back to your true home.

Thankfulness

Each of us lives our lives as best we know. What else can we do. We often try to be or do, or feel or believe what is not truly us. In order to becoming more genuine we can start by becoming thankful for everything in our lives. The good, the bad, the scary and the confusing.

Thankfulness creates acceptance, acceptance creates calm and clarity. Thankfulness diminishes pain, anger and hate, increases love, self-respect and independence. Thankfulness opens your world to love and to friendship.

Thankfulness reveals what you are made of and what you can become and shows you with certainty where you have come from and the why you are here.Thankfulness is thankful for itself and is humble and good humoured. Thankfulness makes us divinely human.

Daily Meditation to Calm and Balance

Each day we wake from sleep not truly knowing what the day may bring, even though we have plans, routines and ambitions. We all seek security of being, but we can not be sure of what the day may bring.

Forgiveness

Forgiveness is an act of courage, liberation and in the action of forgiveness, one of transformation. When you forgive another, you forgive yourself, in doing that you transform your place in the world and you free the other person from being trapped by emotional and spiritual confusion. your individual act of forgiveness heals everyone and the world. Forgiveness is a place that dwells within you. Examine your life, its circumstance, the journey so far and recall the times when you forgave and the times when you could not. Forgiveness does not mean forgetting. It means letting go of all atttachment to situations that caused great pain and possible injury, but it also means an unconditional compassion towards the person that you have forgiven. It is an act of true and lasting love. Forgiveness brings you new insights, clarity and integrity. If the universe is made of compassion and love, then forgiveness is the means of how this can be experienced in the human world. Forgiveness takes courage, you connect to the truly human essence of your known personality, when you allow forgiveness to guide you in all that you do. Every one of us has the power to forgive, if only we learn not to be afraid of the love that dwells in the heart of forgiveness.

Thought Pollution

he world’s financial systems are in free fall today, as billions of dollars evaporate off corporate value and a slow panic fills the global community. We live in fragile times because we are fragile. All of our thoughts influence and mould the daily lives of every other person, they build up to act for good or ill, creating great energetic pressure that seeks to find release and completion, we end up reacting and be reacted too, by the power of our fears and anxieties. Where do they go when we think them? They are absorbed by every other human being. We are living in confused times because mankind, humanity at large is confused. We can all change the levels of confusion by examining how each of us thinks, why we think and how we think, in doing so we become as individuals more conscious, and as a species. We are part of each other, but spiritually and emotionally interdependent, we are not all one, we are separate, isolated. There are the two great undercurrents of thought that wash through the unconscious mind of humanity, its time that we decide as individuals which undercurrent we choose to be influenced by.
