What is Serenity and How To Develop It

Serenity is the absence of fear and the attachment to fear, anxiety and behaviours--whether that be thoughts or actions that cause unhappiness and suffering. Serenity is a self-intelligent wisdom. It brings mental and emotional balance and clarity. Serenity heals all the influences of fear and creates contentment and intelligent acceptance. You can develop it by learning basic techniques and the skills of applying these techniques to particular aspects of your life, that you feel are in need of help. You can cultivate the art of serenity to improve and deepen your own personal development. Fear is the absence of serenity and by working with fear your life becomes more substantial and full of meaning.

Healing Fear of Being Overwhelmed

Fear is a wide and varied experience taking on many disguises and forms, from personal beliefs and behaviours, through creating an entire lifestyle in order to bury fear from coming up. If you feel that fear is overwhelming you and your life-- playing havoc with your life in a general way and can not find a sense of balance, contentment or normality-- let me know if I can help you. Healing Fear in Work and Relationships

Do you feel fearful at work, about your job, if you're up to it, can do it and the relationship with people in the workplace there? Whether you are self-employed or work in a small or large company, these issues are primarily the same. Fear at work can also cross over into relationships with friends, family and loved ones--and also fear in this area can carry over into the work environment. If you have fears about yourself in regard to a particular relationship or in a more general sense, serenity brings insights and answers to your situation. Having a real serenity in the workplace, regardless of what you do, is a huge plus. Others perceive you as reliable, an authority, a balance, and good at what you do. In relationships of all kinds, the presence of your serenity creates trust, safety and open and direct communication.

Healing Fear of Success, Failure and Money

Are you are afraid of success? Are you afraid of failure? Are you afraid of money? Fear of success is about how worthy you regard yourself to be, and if you have any inner balance. By learning to cultivate serenity you lose your fear of success, because success is such a personal experience, in order to be successful you need to define how you want to be successful, in what areas and why. The fear of failure is pretty normal, and in some cases, downright sensible. But most often it's a paralysing or confusing experience. If you become fearful of failure, failure becomes more difficult to move through and overcome. Failure magnifies your fear and broadcasts it to other people. There are powerful and effective methods to transform your fear of failure and turn failure into success. If you are fearful of money in whatever way  you express that, and you might not obviously realise it, then money will do one of two basic things:

  1. it will run riot and cause havoc in your life
  2. it will come and go quickly not staying for long, leaving you without material resources

Developing serenity brings rapid resolution and insight to all of these areas. This is a very simplistic view and there are many variations.

Healing Fear of Living the Way You Want

Living the way you truly want to is your birth right and contributes towards happiness and well-being. Sometimes knowing how to do this can be a challenging situation. Often fear stops people from truly creating a satisfying life. The fear that stops us or obstructs us is the fear that we cling to make happen in our lives. We give this fear power over us. You deserve the life that truly reflects who you are. The first part of healing this fear, is to claim responsibility for everything you experience so that you may learn from it--this brings an astounding clarity and a natural serenity, for as you heal your fear, serenity arises from within you to replace fear and guide you on your path.
