is not happiness

it is  both universal and intimate

knowingness

empowered by

compassion

wisdom without compassion

is knowingness  through willpower

fulness

looks

after

itself

are

in between

the why and how

each day is your creation

each day is your legacy and history

each day is your exclamation of who and why you are

each day is your greatest acheivement

and your path for living

you are each day

some call it discrimination

some call it belief

some call it blindness or a blessed relief

people dwell in canopies of intricate ignorance

and find it hard to invite original thought

to free their minds

what do you believe and how are you trapped by it?

whether it be you believe that what buy you will get

or what you believe to be false is false

belief looks after itself,it doesn’t need people to prosper

to the sound of your breath

in the speech of other people

there is nothing here

but the mental pulsations and cognitive vacilations

that spin the wheel

for you to feel that you are here

is an invitation

and opportunity

to be at rest

regardless of what is going on around us

of how the way things are?

things are the way you see them

things are the way you breathe them

things are the way you react to them

things are the way you hold on to them

things are the way you love or hate them

essentially, things are the way they are

because of their inherent nature

the world is the result of itself, its not here for your benefit

your life, however, is the strand upon which you can

hang all your aims,wishes and desires

like little birds chirping on a line

celebrate your life as the way things are

what and who

are you

connected to?

by knowing this

you will decrease

your levels of unhappiness

and increase your emotional well-being

and enhance your spirituality-

what ever you conceive that to be

you can be connected

to thoughts, past,present and future

to people and events

imagined occurences

and rememberings

past,present and future

who and what

are you

connected to?
