a powerful

mastic

in global warming

social alienation

the day will come

when the internet

and the choices

you make about

whether you use

it or not

will decide

your use of liberty

where ever you may be

you hold all the seasons

within your heart

your body too

is the great flux and weft

of nature’s breath

within you

wherever you may be

whatever you may be

within you

is the living gift

of breath

and endless

seasons of the spirit

We…

each of us

are the hunger,

the misery,

the lost lives, the war and bloodshed

of the other, each of us,

are connected to that surge of life

we…all part of the other

whether good times or strife

for when we know the nature of our species

you  shall know it

as

shall be remembered

when the earth

almost

split in

two

and those

who did not understand

shall forget who they were

before and during

the voices that are yet to come

shall not be silent

but shall roar

at the loss

of what was

and what

could of

being

having been

sliced and cut

whole mountains

felled into lumpy plains

and seas

becoming ponds

the river flows

so do you

the river cascades

so do you

the river swells and breaks its banks

so do you

the river seems to be placid,

still and yet has deep currents

so do you

the river dries up and fades away

so do you

as you see the river

so you see yourself

when you talk

or communicate

have you been heard?

when you wish to be understood

have you been acknowledged,

have you been heard?

all communication starts from within you

and all listening

to that common point in you

that all dwells in others

have you been heard?

have you listened to others?

and acknowledged

them

Sit

and listen

to the wind

hear in the gusts

and blowing

the way of the world

the path of nature

the voices of the planet

listen to the wind

every voice

is upon the ebb and flow

of breath and gale

every hurricane,tornado and wild storm

is Us, You and Me

every gentle breeze

or loving, tenderness

and kindness

listen to the wind

on it you will

hear yourself

if you sit with

your breath

you will

know the meaning

of your history

and the nature

of your origin

Because of

Dreamers

we can dream

Because of Dreamers

we have the world

because of dreamers

who have woken from their sleep

we too

can be

awake
