The shadow runs in the sunlight too

it wants to feel the warmth of life

it seeks its own validation

and howls when left alone

the light spun body does not

see the shadow

unless it is introduced

and that is done

by the fragile everyday mind

the psyche is a shuttlecock

that weaves the threads

of illumination and despair

and by the traces

of this weave

the tentative introductions are made

dark meets light

and they find that what they

have in common is you

you are pattern

in the daily world

of dark and light

calm and fright

psyche and unsconscious

this is such a miracle

for it the choice

of the material

soul

dark and light

part of

your

humanity

and

that makes

you the creator

of light and dark

of life,birth and death
