Don’t be afraid to face the innocence within you

Don’t be afraid to look at the love that waits for you

to call out its name

Don’t be afraid

Don’t be afraid to recapture the grace

that dwells within you

Don’t be afraid

to be the pure light

that is all your thoughts

Don’t be afraid to gaze into the darkness

for darkness is another frequency of light

Don’t be afraid

to the workings of the divine

smell the smoke in the red sunset

in the fragrance of your life

know the rapture of your beauty

do not be afraid

gasp in awesome splendour

at the majesty of your universiality

of how your life is the life you need

and how it is a seed

that grows in the minds and hearts of others

to make a vine of wisdom and simplicity

Don’t be afraid

to sing lullabies in the strongest wind

to be still in the still point of a tornado

sit and be the spiral of the hurricane

run in thunder’s strike,its rush and rumble

in the smell of rain

Don’t be afraid

of being

the miracle

that you

have made
