is ever generous

seeking life

and beauty

sharing that with all it touches

the everyday mind seeks to cover the spirit

with fear, reaction, pettiness and small-mindedness

the smaller your mind becomes so does your life

be generous with yourself not just with what you have

share the kindness and the love

the softly spoken words that lift up another

a prayer of gentleness

allow your heart to free the traps that your fears have made

give the spirit within

its natural release

through the generous
