Mindful of What We Say
We use language to state what we feel and believe and as we use language, whether written or spoken, or in any other form, we essentially talk about ourselves.
Language attracts and repels, forms little vortices of possibility that hang around in our atmosphere, attracting good or bad, evolution or devolution of our consciousness.
We believe we have the right to say anything, and many in the world can not, so when we have this right allocated too us by the society that we live in, we take it for granted, but in the end, if we are a mature species, do we have the right to say what we like?
We need to be mindful of language and its affect upon our emotional, spiritual and worldly environment, it can either pollute or heal these environments.
We have a choice to be mindful of what we say and why we say it.

Instant World Breeds Contempt
How many people do you notice who when in a rush become angered by things that they have no control over, like an automatic door that will open in a set time, or a traffic jam, or someone walking too slowly.. it comes all from having a instant world, where we can say what we like, do what we like, right now, instantly, without regard for others. Such an instant world breeds contempt, for one’s self and for the fundamentals of human interaction and the natural world.
Having everything now destroys our natural understanding of cycles and change as we become deluged by institutionalised anxiety through the medium of advertsing, TV and other forms of immediate communication.
This creates and propagates the instant and immediate, anxiety that has become forced into a social structure becomes group behaviour.
But its not real, there is no instant world, it comes from anxiety and fear.
Look beneath it all and you find a simpler, kinder, slower world where your anxiety starts to heal and you start learning about who you are.
Stop. Slow down. Listen to the shrill whine of this instant world and you soon begin to understand that really it is a cry for help.
If we start with ourselves, all things are possible.

Where Are You in The World?
Where are you in the word, do you feel you have to rush, look forever upwards in order to acheive your goals?
The universe descends into all material forms, adapting, changing all it touches, we descend in order to evolve within the divine of the material plane.
The cosmos descends and our consciousness wakes up, the upward movement the causes us to rush and be busy is the displacement of energy as consciousness descends into form.
The greatest journey is about allowing the destination to come to you, a journey always leads back to yourself. Where are you in the world?
Striving to ascend? Or ready to waiting for Consciousness to descend.

Happiness is trust Christopher Hansard[Happiness is a choice]
Are you happy?
Can you ask yourself and find an answer?
There is no quick answer, only a slow one that evolves as you experience your evolution through the challenges of life .
Happiness comes and goes, but its sweetness is a reminder, that beneath the delights of happiness exists a greater joy and contentment that shows us all, the ‘being’ , within the human..
Happiness improves our health and conscious, but the media has hijacked it, turning it into something ‘aspirational’ like a fashion item or latest gizmo, happiness is for us to see beyond ourselves and to be thankful for the life we can make from the life we have.
Happiness is also a choice, both a belief, as an act of faith and a psychological state that shifts our consciousness.
How do we find happiness?
We need to look within for that is where its foundation lies,
and without, not in things, but in our relationships to people,
the natural world and the place we stand in,
as we express who we think we are.
Happiness is trust, a trust in the goodness of life, people and ones Self.
If you can not trust in these, then happiness takes time to emerge into your daily activities and thinking.
Happiness is waiting for you to claim it as your own.

AcceptanceChristopher Hansard:[Acceptance makes us stronger]
Acceptance is an experience offered to us by Life in order that we may learn how to surrender to our own highest good. The act of true acceptance is both a prayer and an act of humility that creates compassion and good fortune in the world.
Look at your life, how may times have you have had to accept situations or decisions or outcomes, and although they may have been difficult at the time, can you follow the pattern and see what the outcome was and how your life took a new direction?
Acceptance generates self awareness and responsibility.
When you learn the gift of acceptance you will find that contentment fills every moment of your day and night.

AChristopher Hansard:[ Taking Time to Communicate]
Taking time to communicate with another person is an act of care and respect.
Taking time to stop and communicate with your inner self is an act of love, and often when we look within, it is as though we discover another Self, one different to the person who lives in the everyday world.
Taking time to communicate makes the world a more gentler place and creates great opportunities for our mutual evolution as a maturing species,
for a day will come in the annals of humanity,
when there will be no words left to said,
and all we will have is what we have communicated and who we tried to be,
and in that time we will discover the events
behind how we took the time to communicate.

Christopher Hansard:[The Very First Time]
Life is like a love affair; it has its ups and downs, uncertainties and promises, all pointing to a union and a path of beauty and harmony.
But love affairs come and go, like high notes in a popular song, are quick and forgotten with only a fragment remembered of the refrain or the introduction.
Love affairs like life, end the way they began. [Read more →]

A Christopher Hansard:[ The Language We Have]
The Language we have expresses where we align ourselves and how we hold the sacred that dwells within us.
We can be skillful with words but have no understanding of how our language creates our further attachment to the world.
Every word is an action, karma comes from any conscious action, do we not think that we are aware of what we are saying ?
We like to imagine that this is so.
The Language that we have is a great gift, for with it we can know both the worst and the best of who we have been and are.
Each word is a world of attitude, intent and outcome. With more silence often arises truer speech.

Christopher Hansard:[ Can You Hear?]
Can you hear beneath the noise of the day or the banter of your thoughts? Can your hear the soft quiet voice of Wisdom. There in the undergrowth of reality lives the voice that speaks of eternal things, of the Earth and those that live upon it, can you hear all beings in conversation with the voice of Wisdom?
As a child I know that you heard it, even once it called your name, and in times of crisis or great joy you heard it calling..Can you hear?
Hear this voice, it is soft and slow, as you listen so will the world.
It has to say what you most need to hear.
Can you hear? It is just beneath the wind, where a rainbow touches the earth, or love glints in the eyes of those in love, or how a tree bends towards the water, it is even heard in the brazen words of conflict. It can not be talked over or drowned out.
Long after we are gone, the voice will still be there and another being will wonder if they too, can hear.
