Heath and Well-Being

Health and Well-Being are not always the same thing or experience.

Our health is that process by which our body functions in association with our mental process and by that it creates a link between the body and mind, both influencing the other.

Poor health arising in one or the other creates symptoms that affect both.

Illness and disease are pathways where these patterns become destructive.

Well-Being is where both body and mind come together into a state of union where there are no restrictions and by this a state of balanced consciousness arises out of body and mind becoming greater than both.

Solstice..Christopher Hansard[ Solstice Vision]

How do we live in today’s world, first world, second world, third world, fourth?

The planet as a whole is a third world planet, how can it be anything other than when we are so racked by strife? The beauty of the Earth and of its people are fragile, every Solstice reminds us of the connection held together by just breath and inspiration. The solstice is coming , take time to connect to it, and see how many worlds are contained in one.

Troubles in TibetChristopher Hansard[Violence creates Violence]

The world is watching the troubles in Tibet, violence creating violence, a manipulation of a culturally and spiritually independent nation, a festering of anger and powerlessness , of confusion and compassion. The violence in Tibet is not just from the anger of its people towards the Chinese, but also the violence of the Chinese regime finding an outlet in a vulnerable place, the Tibetan nation. China is seething and full of anger, its own pain is been covered up by a temporary wound dressing-The Olympics.

The shameful legacy of Chinese communism based on racial hatred, old dreams of empire and personal psychological trauma have found a means to blame a safe enemy. Like a child in a tantrum, the Chinese government is blaming the Dalai Lama for something that it created. See the following link:

http://www.dalailama.com/news.217.htm

The instutionalised hate of the Chinese authorities towards the Tibetan nation comes not from ordinary Chinese people but from a political construct designed to divide and rule. China is starting to enter a time of coming conflict, not just with the Tibetans in Tibet and in Chinese regions, but with other ethnic groups and a series of natural disasters starting late this year moving through to 2020 that will change forever the nation of China as we know it today.

The Way of Our Lives

There is a path, an unnamed religion, for no name could describe it, a path so profound that most people do not see it for what it is and take it for granted. It is called by some ‘The Way of Our Lives.’ The way is the journey we are on through our life, it is the great teaching that we most need to learn, all other paths fall away, when we discover this.

The opportunity for life and for becoming, for rebirth and for being, for simple things understood these are the great achievements of every life. And, every life lays down a layer that builds the fabric of which all humanity is made, each of us is less than without the life of another.

People are often united by their prejudices not what they have in common.

Life is what we all have in common and often we fill it with activities and beliefs that are anti-life abd so we lose the sense of the common connection.

Stop to consider the great way of your life and that of others. It is the one true teaching for us all.

Positive Living Creates Positive LivingChristopher Hansard:[Think Positive]

Positive Living..what is it?

Its taking all the troubles in your life and moving forward understanding how to learn from the past.

The past is a library that you need only visit once to read what you need to learn in the process of study.

The more positive you can be in how you want to live your life, then that will slowly become actual.

The process of how you think in a positive way is when you give your self a chance to know what it is that you really believe.

Each of us are born with core beliefs that we hold to be true about ourselves, formed from when we spent time in the Womb, yet such deeply seated beliefs if they reveal themselves to be negative can be turned around.

Positive Living creates positive living.

Think positive and you really do start attracting the positive.

Are you brave enough to be happy?

Britney SpearsChristopher Hansard:[Other People’s Misery]

How the world focuses upon the suffering others.

Take Britney Spears or any other troubled celebrity,

the public thinks that they know them because of the media’s portrayal.

When a person suffers in this very public way it only adds to the intensity of their suffering when it is reported for everyone to add their comment, just as in the Madeline McCann situation, when 18,000 people signed an online petition saying how evil and irresponsible her parents were.

We often have very little right to comment upon another’s hardship…

if we seek to merely condemn them, it will come back to haunt us.

Love, understanding and compassion for another is what every person in truly difficult situations need.

Not an opinion, unless asked for…

We are essentially the same, all of us, friends, lovers, enemies,

and we should focus upon the positive and the beauty

and realise that suffering is a state of living, a state of mind and also a state of being.

Do not focus upon the sufferings of others such as in these examples above,

but look at how we as individuals all contribute to the web of suffering

and what we can do,

you can do, to change that…

Yes, you right now can change that …

Christopher Hansard:[ Getting Caught in the Past]

The past can be a minefield for everyone, full of regrets, unfulfilled dreams,

like the sound of a piano through a rain fall,

the past hangs around in the corners of our lives

unless we make the choice to learn the lessons and let it go,

essentially the past is a mirage and like all mirages,

in this world of illusion it can have great consequence

upon our daily life, psychology, emotions and spiritual development,

all crucial in transforming the psyche.

Getting caught up in the past is like believing in rumours and gossip and not trusting your own experience.

The past when it starts to become viewed in this way  becomes a place of poverty and isolation.

Let the past go, take the lessons and move on.

Do not get caught up in the moment for that to is a fallacy, do not try and force the future,

for you have so many futures that forcing it can cause the  future to shatter.

Only be with what ‘is,’ that is not caught up in past,

the moment, the now or the future,

the ‘Is’ that dwells with in you ,

beyond the everyday mind or the rantings of the world.

Opportunity Has Many Faces

When life throws us unexpected experiences and we feel confused and complain about our bad luck, when life gets to hard, then ask your self, ‘compared to what?’.

Comparison enables us to be clear minded, and to allow our intuitive wisdom and rational mind to inform us of our real life situation.

The smaller we allow our minds to be, the smaller our lives become because a small mind creates a small life.

Misfortune, bad luck, misunderstandings and continual problems can lose their addictive qualities if we just stop and ask of ourselves, ‘compared to what..’

We then start to realise that these are really opportunities for enormous well-being and growth, and that opportunity has many faces.

To look at each face clearly, we need to be able to identify and accept the opportunity offered to us, so regardless of the situation you find yourself, ask of yourself what is the opportunity behind the face. Every situation is a face, look behind the face, the appearance to the opportunity.

Each opportunity is a choice, a lesson and statement of what you most need to learn or recognise.

Count all the opportunities in your life, past and present, and try to understand the lessons and choices that were or are being offered to you.

Christopher Hansard:[ Karma, Rebirth and Reincarnation]

People often wonder… what is Karma?

Karma is any intentional process, a thought, action, word or gesture or combination of all that is done with intent and focus. This the primary impulse of Karma. It does not matter whether the intent is positive or negative.  Because such activity creates many patterns that replicate themselves beyond measurement, we all are linked in a karmic fish net, that trawls the bottom of our unconscious karmic ocean.

If we wish to change patterns in our life, we need to understand what prompts our thoughts, actions, words and gestures, and what are the drives behind our intentions and focus. We can change karmic patterns by changing the nature of our intentions to the world, our inner world, outer world and to all people and other living creatures.

People often wonder …what  is Rebirth, thinking it the same as Reincarnation.

Rebirth is the process of suddenly been born as soon as you are dead without any understanding or control over the emotional, psychological and spiritual aspects of dying. If you lived a confused life and died with confusion, fear or any other overwhelming emotion that caused you to feel trapped, then it can be that you will be born immediately, as there are endless wombs waiting to be filled with life.

Rebirth is sudden and without understanding, it is a rush an endless flow and pattern. But you can rise out of that pattern by learning how to become conscious and more aware of your inner state so it does not sabotage your mental state as you die. This leads us to Reincarnation.

People often wonder… what Reincarnation is…

Reincarnation is the conscious application of mental , emotional and spiritual insight to yourself as you die, thus clearing away all the inner fears and projections that emanate around you as you die. You create a choice within you as to how you shall be, you enter into a dimension of choices. And when you know it is right, you have an element of choice over how, when and to whom you will be born.

In the death process if you enter into the state of clarity, you can redeem yourself, heal all your regrets, learn as to the whys and hows of your karmic legacy and inheritance and transform yourself.

Death is the great equalizer but in that you have choice and intention and focus.  Whatever you have done, you can heal in the process of death, and stay in the dimensions between the former life and the possibility of a new one, to enhance your inner evolution and well being.

Christopher Hansard [Healing]

Healing is everywhere at once, it comes about normally between some interaction between a person who is unwell and another who seeks to be of assistance .

Healing though can happen anywhere at anytime.

You just have to ask and no be afraid of having a life free of what you want healing from.

Each of us, are essentially, are our own best healers.

Healing comes from asking. Its the first step.

Ask and you will start to be healed.
