Christopher Hansard:[Sadness]

When you feel Sad what is it that you truly feel? Overwhelmed?

Isolated? Misunderstood? Unsafe? Angry? Trapped by your own patterns, belief

and behaviour? Sadness is the indication of how our thoughts etch away the transience of things within our minds and within our lives.

Sadness is like a wind, warm, cold, temperate, it carries perfume, noise, memories, the smells of the world, voices from the distance

What can we learn from Sadness? That all things change, and that sadness too

only comes for a while and when its lesson is learnt, it moves on.

Whenever sadness comes to you, do not pull back, sit with it and give thanks

for in doing so, sadness releases the joy that sits within.
