Christopher Hansard:[Tibet Has A Future]

Tibet in the west has long been a state of mind, linked to higher knowledge, and through the work of brave people the human rights violations have been made apparent to the global community. What will come of these current struggles?

Tibet is gaining ground as an issue, because of Chinese anxiety to be seen as a world class nation. These current struggles will slowly fester and there will rise up within the next twenty years a Tibetan leader who will bring about radical change within the geographical limits of Tibet as it is now, pushing China out.

Whether or not it is the right thing, who can say, but the wheel of conflict has started to roll. The Dalai Lama is the only person capable of encouraging the renunciation of violence on both sides. Communism is a form of superstition, and Buddhism is an atheistic psychological means of transformation that goes beyond what we understand as psychology in the West. Tibet has a future, and allĀ  of us can make it happen today.
